My experience at Americas Best Value Inn was far from ideal. While the location was convenient for exploring South Lake Tahoe, the service and room conditions detracted significantly from my stay. I encountered issues with cleanliness and service that made it quite unsettling, leaving me quite disappointed.

My stay at Americas Best Value Inn was quite disappointing. The room smelled of cigarette smoke and had stained mattresses, which made for an uncomfortable experience. On the upside, the hotel staff was friendly and provided free passes to a nearby beach, although it was quite crowded during my visit.
